The Charge Project was a three-year initiative from Scottish Power Energy Networks (SP Energy Networks) to investigate the feasibility of smart charging solutions for electric vehicles (EVs) and develop mapping tools that would help local authorities quickly roll out public charging infrastructure.

We successfully promoted the Charge Project to both media and stakeholders as an innovative scheme tackling the challenge of getting more people into EVs and positioned SP Energy Networks as a key commentator on this topic from the electricity industry’s perspective.

As well as producing press releases, opinion pieces and blogs, we created and designed a series of promotional materials around the project to keep all stakeholders informed of its progress – these included regular newsletters, animations, video scripts, white papers, user guides, posters, infographics and pamphlets.

“We’ve worked with Catalyst extensively on the Charge Project. The written material, visualisation, designs, and branding they’ve produced for us have been professional and insightful and have been of a very high standard.

Sue and Cate are a pleasure to work with, sharing their knowledge, experience and understanding of the industry. They are quick to respond to requests or raise queries and volunteer suggestions on improving how we present the project.”
