Royal Mail Data Services (RMDS) undertook a project to promote its offering around GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), highlighting the issue of poor-quality customer data and how it could make companies non-compliant with the incoming legislation.

We promoted this message to key media via a series of press releases, surveys, interviews, Q&As and opinion pieces, establishing RMDS as a key voice around GDPR and permission-based marketing, while at the same time promoting its GDPR-compliant Home Mover Marketing Service.

We also wrote and designed a business and marketing guide to GDPR, which explained the key points of the legislation and emphasised the importance of mail as a promotional tool in a post-GDPR world.
